so I really want to keep doing the BBG Im on week 3 right now. But I found weight lifting and I really want to do it. Do you think its a problem if I do both? Am I going to over exercise?

Hi!
I am currently doing BBG 2.0 and it has weights throughout the whole thing. The squats are with with 15-20 kilos and the steps ups, walking lunges, burpess also have weights, loving it at the moment! If you wanted to go heavier I would recommend New Rules of Lifting for Women or the Lean and Strong version of Michelle Bridges 12wtGood luck!

Strength and weight training is (in my opinion) essential. Ilove weight training and wouldn't live without it. I don't believe it would be harmful to do both, just make sure you take days off, and have a nutritious recovery meal to replenish your body! What are your goals?
Cheers,

No, Kayla Itsines is suing Freelee (for defamation?)
If I remember right from the last time I saw it discussed, her guide was something like 1500 calories a day. That's not starvation unless you're very active.0 -
Ahahah Freelee is a Cu*t0
