  • I have been eating it because I like it and it's not very high in calories. I love seaweed salad. If it works for burning fat, i am way more in love with it. I have just started eating it regularly in a salad with other veggies like carrots and baby kale. I hope it works miracles! If not, I will still like it.

  • soy sauce, tea mix of celestial seasonings raspberry zinger and decaf "regular" tea, grated onions, pickles. Usually my zero calorie foods contain a lot of salt but not always.
  • It's very difficult but when i have been successful at dieting, i had to live through the hunger. It gets better usually after a few weeks. Another thing is that i must exercise at least 300 calories per day at the end of the day. That's my dinner.
