  • Having smaller and obvious thinner women complain that they are so fat in front of me. That is so annoying and rude. It's like they are fishing for compliments. I usually say "dang if you are fat then what am I? Super duper morbidly obese extreme?" Then they say "oh you're not fat." But they never understand how stupid…
  • Thanks pinkpixieox and tljones164. Will power is the only thing I struggle with. I do feel more satisfied when i eat more whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat pasta and rolled oats. Im not sure if increasing that would help me lose more weight. I've lost at 2 pounds these last few weeks but it's hard to stay motivated…
  • Yes! It's really hard to stay satisfied for me only eating 1400 calories. But I know that it is a normal amount. I constantly stay with negative red calories left on my daily calorie intake. It's very hard to get use to.
  • I'm not vegetarian or vegan but I like the idea of making vegetable based dishes to help add more fruit and veggies to my diet. I love trying making vegan dishes but sugar is my weakness. I'd love to get tips from this thread about different plant based protein :)
