Would it be possible you are getting more toned and muscle mass?
-
I would easily classify you as one; you've done one and are training for a full Ironman! My life goal at the moment is to complete a 70.3, but we'll see how that goes. Darn running!
-
I've done a few, but it's been roughly 5 years. Plan on doing a few next summer and a 5 day bike tour.

I have went from close to 18% body fat to around 8% and feel the same way. I get a chill more often than I used to. Not looking forward to this season of deer hunting in MI.

One small step at a time! Also, awesome profile photo. Jealous!

Could not have said it any better. Best of luck to you. Tip: Don't beat yourself up over small things. It will only hurt your journey!

Exactly what I thought.
-
You can notice a big change in your face, congrats!

Don't give up on this app, it's great. Try changing your setting to get the calorie goal you want. Or continue to log and eat your goal regardless of what MFP gives you.

Popcorn, yogurts, fruit.

I am a guy but know exactly how you feel. I have 3-4 pairs of jeans in 33,32,31,30 and just last week bought 29. I should be all set for any gains or loses :P

I have been on 3rd shift for 4+ years and it is very tough to resist snacking. In my field, I talk to and interact with zero people, so the clock ticks slow most nights. My advice: eat more fruits, yogurts and chew gum. It helps subside any cravings.

It's been since the 2011 season since I have done a tri/marathon. Plan on racing in some this season!

Eating healthy gets boring to me. Ha. But same as everyone else: eggs, pasta, meat, yogurt, etc.
-
How she goin', eh?!
-
Fellow Michiganders, eh! Spring is around the corner. My advice is to start small. Don't ponder on the fact that you used to be able to run far, youll get back to it with time. Every small step you can take to form a habit will help you progress.

Congrats on the journey, losing weight and getting married. My fiancé and I are in similar spot. We are getting married this July and I have recently lost 31 pounds and her 20 pounds. Both are going to look great! :D

I agree, see a difference in the shoulders/upper chest. Stay positive, results take time and hard work!
-
You can tell where I stopped

Now that our ground is thawed out, I plan on fencing in part of our hay field and converting to sand for riding pasture. Should make riding at home much easier!
-
Looks like a normal lady's back to me
-
Take them. What do you got to lose? I have a before and after (current) and it's a great motivator.
-
Don't be so hard on yourself! Be happy and be happy with what you eat. You look great!
-
Congrats and best of luck working out! Just found out on Tuesday my grandfather has pancreatic cancer...not a great survival rate.
-
100 calories per 5 minutes? I'd burn an insane amount doing my hour swims of 3,000+ yards.
-
While I love my Fenix, I think it would fall out of the "simple" range she is looking for. Probably leaning towards steps and etc.
-
If I am well hydrated, I'll use the restroom 2-3 times in half hour. Hard to do many other things!
-
I would say the 500+ is accurate. Good, steady, high HR for an extended period of time. Kudos!
-
She sumed it up perfectly.

No one way to do it, each person is different. Just keep up the good work and your body will do all the work. Besides, you look to be in good shape anyways.
