Are you weighing yourself at the same time each day? Even if you don't consume more water than before, your body could be getting rid of excess water that it was retaining.

What's your biggest fear with stopping weight watchers? I've never used it but it seems like after 7 weeks you would have a good idea of how many points most of the foods you eat have no? MFP is great because you can track everything you put in your body and your exercise and set goals so that you don't over eat.

what is your diet like currently? Try to cut back on snacking in between meals, try not to sit for prolonged periods of time at the office. Practice good posture to help keep your core strong. Do you exercise at all currently? If not, don't try too do too much at the start or you may injure yourself.

I was heart broken to find out cookout milkshakes have over 2000 calories. well, most of them anyway. :(
