  • Love this thread! Great ideas! I try to go for walks with toddler in stroll. Also try youtube videos on my tv when toddler is asleep. I love the dancing during house cleaning idea. Might have to steal that one!

  • I just started! I have been doing random videos for about 4 days now and I just printed the beginners monthly challenge today to get that started. I also just started the MFP app so still trying to figure out how to use it. :) You can friend me if you like too. Thanks.
  • These all sound great. In the past I started with walking and my body eventually wanted to jog so I did. Jogged and stretching with in home ab workouts is what helped me. As of late, I started blogilates and will see if that helps. So far so good! Some pain is good.
  • Sign up for any 5k to help motivate you. There are training lists online. But blogilates with Cassey Ho is my new favorite videos that target any desired area. I am Starting her monthly work out plans on her website and walking/jogging when I can break free from my toddler and work. Best wishes!
  • Hmm, I dont have a gall bladder as of a year and a half ago and I dont have these issues. Although everyone is different. Is there possibly something else going on? Lactose intolerance can be annoying but manageable with either lactaid pills (helps a friend) or lactose elimination. Try eating cleaner and see if it helps.…
