Why are you making it a competition?

I feel like your health should be a much bigger driver than $100.

Potassium and magnesium. Pretty much any keto guide will tell you this.

Just remember, you're losing weight to improve the quality of your life. A lot of people try to "live their lives" around losing weight, rather than trying to lose some weight while living their lives. Try not to make it the main focus, and before you know it you'll be at your goal. Weight loss isn't the end all be all :)…

The cheapest one. Protein powder isn't going to vary much in its satiety.
-
Have a bowl of green beans or broccoli. 100 calories isn't going to kill you and you'll be stuffed. It's simple :)

Uhh
-
Try things like adding coconut oil to your coffee

There's a significant difference between being in a ketogenic state and not providing your body with a proper fuel source.
-
What is "exercise" to you. You don't enjoy ANY sports, activities, walking through nature, walking your dog, cycling, rock climbing, etc?
-
Re-read what you typed a couple of times and see if you come to the conclusion that anyone else would.
-
What do you define as healthy? Eggs are fairly nutrient dense.
-
Alternatively you could just eat and if you lose weight too quickly you could eat a little bit less.
-
Managing insulin can help too.

I know a few people who use a straw. I find it too weird, but it seems effective.

About the most obvious troll bait possible.

When I was vegan I'd get around 90-100g a day and never had any issues; poop every morning like I always do :)
-
Lots of people lose weight on a ketogenic diet. I think to argue that maximizing the ~25g of carbohydrates you're allowed in the form of leafy green vegetables is a bad thing would be pretty stupid.
-
The app isn't a sentient being. You input the calories you ate like you would any other food.

Keto and high fat aren't IDK if i'd go that far. High fat on keto is a lot different than high fat with moderate carbohydrate. I would imagine in the presence of insulin eating too much fat COULD cause issues in some people? I could be totally wrong, of course.
-
Just high fat calorie-dense foods. ie; Milk, Peanut Butter, Dates, Almonds (nuts), Bananas, Dried Apricots, Dark Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Heavy Cream, etc.
-
One thing to note is addressing the issue. What brought this about? Try to ask yourself, what did over-eating accomplish and what could you do next time you feel stressed, bored, frustrated, etc. It's not a biological imperative to over-eat when you're having a bad day, but rather a comfort/habit that can be changed. Also,…

I walk for like 90 minutes every day, at least in the summer. It's usually a bit of a struggle to get started, sun-lotioned, etc., but the crazy endorphin rush I get is the best thing in the world once I'm half-way into my walk. I feel like if everyone did moderate exercise depression and other mental difficulties would…

What has been echo'd, but honestly. If you're at the point where you want to supplement fiber, you're diet probably needs some adjustment. It doesn't matter if you're a high carb vegan, doing keto, or just iifym. You should always stay hydrated and try to consume some dark leafy greens every day, if not with most of your…

You do realize that, irregardless of OP's point, nobody is suggesting that NOBODY can lose weight counting calories, right?
-
If you're absolutely starving at night, eat 3 servings of broccoli, 4 servings of green beans, or something along that nature. 90 calories isn't going to break you, and you'll be stuffed while getting lots of nutrition in and fiber in. It's painful to see people eat things like a dinner with 3g of fiber, super…

I really don't think it's this simple. Yea, CI CO, but I'm sure we've all had those friends who just don't gain weight. One of my friends is stick thin, maybe 140 lbs, and he tried to gain weight by eating 5000-6000 calories a day without much activity (eating jars of hummus with bread, etc.) and he couldn't gain a pound.…

If you're building muscle, keep in mind that more muscle = more mitochondria = higher metabolic capacity, so you're sort of indirectly increasing your calorie burn over the long term by adding size :)
-
#1 tool has been your willpower and confidence, buddy ;)

For what it's worth, everyone is going to be driven towards "2 lbs a week" when given the choice between 1 and 2. That being said, it's not just free weight loss without any consequences. Being in a 1000 calorie deficit every day can take a toll on your energy and hunger, and makes binge-eating more likely if you do it for…
