Where do you guys stand on supplements on the keto diet? What do you swear by? What doesn't work for you?

    Potassium and magnesium. Pretty much any keto guide will tell you this.

    Sodium too.

    Otherwise I take the same supplements I did before.

    ^What they said (pretty much electrolytes).

    And for efficacy of those supplements, I would recommend, www.labdoor.com . And if you are interested in other supplements, www.examine.com .

    i take alot of B vitamins due to a MTHFR issue, and i also take D because i am deficient. but keto specific, i do extra sodium. i eat a very balanced diet, so i don't really feel the need to supplement too much.
