I'm uncertain what would be an accurate way to log DDP Yoga with the MFP App. It's basically yoga with resistance, and I find that it really gets my heart rate going and breaks one heck of a sweat. Any suggestions on this one?

sweating, sadly, is not an indicator of calories burned. but heart rate can be.
is there a listing for resistance training? i would think that would be closest to calorie burn

Alas, there's no listing for resistance training. Suppose I'll just have to invest in a heart rate monitor then.

I would go with like 250 an hour or so. It's not going to burn all that much.

I have used my HRM while doing basic yoga ( which you can make as relaxing or athletic as you choose) and I have burned about 50 cals in 20 mins on average.

Log it as a diamond cutter and you're good. :D

Alternatively you could just eat and if you lose weight too quickly you could eat a little bit less.

Agreed. I do DDP/YRG yoga 1-2 weekly and my fitbit registered around 65 calories for one session, so I don't even bother.
