My moment was earlier this year, because I finally had energy to care. I've always been like this- but the constant abuse and harassment, along with some bad stuff at home, meant I didn't care. I was in a really dark place for most of my life. In January of this year I finally sought the help I desperately needed- and…

Yeah. I've gone under 300 for the first time in years. I dropped 20lbs in ~8 weeks. It was startling, actually.

Nope. I crave sweets- mostly chocolate and pocky sticks- but it gets factored in. At most, I'll cut the exercise down to working days only, instead of every day.

Thanks kittenpickles! It's already proving to have it's ups and downs but that's how life goes, right?

Yes. I don't eat enough as a whole. It's my pitfall and I don't know how to stop this. I really need help...

Sent a request. I don't have little ones. Not a gym bunny- and when I do go, it's to the local rec center. Cheaper and just as good :)

Mmm, energy comes fromeating a decent balance of food. Vitamins certainly help fill in what's missing. I take Vitamin C, vitamin D with Magnesium and Calcuim, and Omega 3.6.9 fatty acids. I've never found much difference between brands. It's up to you.

I don't drink much, alcohol is expensive ;) Fries, if I make them at home in the oven, are surprisingly good. It's the chocolate that's gonna kill me. For the most part, I've been avoiding it. I'll have my splurge days…

Wow, that's kind of neat. >.> <.< Truth be told, I'm in Surrey too. I just prefer saying Vancouver. I'm finding I have to force myself to eat... Ugh. I hate it. I really do. I could use some support going through this. It's really damn hard...

Some months, none at all. Some months, twice. I usually go for sushi, though. Rare is the instance I go for other things. And when I do, it's gonna be for a cheat day.

$75 and change. 20 is for a friend I'm repaying, the rest is for... something, I can;t remember what.

Living it up in Vancouver, BC! :D

I need to lose at least 100. I don't have a timeline like you, but I'd be happy to help.

Thanks :3 It's scary, being honest. I go through cycles of bad eating habits. This is my attempt at breaking the cycles, setting myself onto a decent path.
