Where you enter cals further down should say exercise ....you can synchronise with an app for steps etc :)

I use a gear fit but it's not compatible so have to enter it manual as and when.

Not sure what to say apart from keep strong and do what you did before. ..and the fact you kept it off ...try repeat what you did ;) I find the eating less portions very hard having Italian and Hungarian up bringing we were raised in the kitchen and around dinner table as so to speak...always food on table and plenty of…

Love fruit and given its eaten in moderation like Anything with sugar don't see an issue. Surely it's about intake of what ever food and drink with good excercise :)
