Adding in your exercise?! HELP

I cannot figure out how to add in my exercise with my calories.....
Please help.

  I use a gear fit but it's not compatible so have to enter it manual as and when.

  Where you enter cals further down should say exercise ....you can synchronise with an app for steps etc
