  • Why not just use myfitnesspal and track your calories? That way you don't need to worry about points or converting or anything.
  • This is gross for some, but go by the color of your pee. You want it to be pale straw yellow. If it's darker drink some water. Clear then you're plenty hydrated and don't need more. Usually gets darker after a meal I find.
  • I think you look great in it! I think the bottoms fit great and don't do that squeezing thing that mine do, but sit right on your hips.
  • True you cannot gain any muscle while trying to lose weight, but you can become stronger. So that will help with your issues of being weak. Dietary supplements and protein are usually taken when you can't get them in your normal diet. I say try and get them from food and then supplement if need be. Getting enough protein…
  • Actually several doctors have told me you want your pee to be pale yellow and not gin clear. I wasn't aware potassium helps, that's good to know.

Maybe a couple of…
  • You may need a more realistic goal. You really shouldn't lose more than 2 lbs. a week.
  • It gets easier. I used to feel like counting calories made me hungrier than when I wasn't but I found a groove. I found a good amount of foods that I love that fit well into my diet. I also sometimes pre enter my food the night before and eat that the next day. That way I'm not thinking about it I just grab what I planned…
  • Well track your calories and eat a defecit and you'll fit in your dress for sure or eat at maintinence so you don't gain that ounce. Because you want to lose 50lbs. I say eat the deficit and get started today on losing the weight because 2 lbs. or so in two weeks won't matter for the dress. Start with the two week wedding…
  • I accidentally bought the smaller size bridesmaid dress. I decided that I needed to lose some weight anyways, so I might as well challenge myself to fit into it and get healthier.
