I am in the same boat. I was ok.. Have a 48lb loss, but need to keep going... I have about 50 to go... I was doing pretty good until 2 things happened. My loss stalled and stress started piling on. its a cracker I can eat! about 1.6 carbs per cracker. I can live with that. As a matter of fact, only one store sells them here and they were out today. I almost had a melt down!

I have to admit that I cheat with gravy. I use Xantham gum, but I don't like the consistancy, so I use 1tbls of flour. I usually end up eating about 1/4th of the gravy, so about 1/4 tbls of flour. I can live with that.

was at the doctor today. Blood sugar was 54 (about 97 american) down from 56 last year, taking me from pre-diabetes range to normal. Not a huge difference, but it also lets me know for sure that I am prone to insulin resistance and this is the WOE for me.

I have a Charge HR. It syncs great with MFP. The only think I don't like is the adjustment for calories.. I use the Fitbit adjustment and only eat back half of that If I am going to eat anything back. I have only once has trouble with the sync, but that was from the Fitbit side I do hear that the one is more accurate…

I have traction alopecia and had been shedding hair, and my hair is thinning (just age). I started taking silicia about a month ago and my hair has gotten thicker. You might try that if you don't have an a problem taking it.
