I never thought I would be skinny. And even now when people tell me how skinny I am I can't see it the same. I need to work on MY self image this round. So be sure you work on yours as well

I am also back. Used it to get started about 3 yrs ago. I lost weight but have managed to put some back on. Hoping this will help me regroup and go again

Oh my gosh this made me laugh! Your a funny guy. And that's just what you will need to get through some of the downs. Positive and happy. Granted some of us have smaller goals in mind. Support is so key. Keep that smile and good sense of humor!

Same boat! Except mine was a move with a great kitchen and began the insane cooking again. I lost 55 pounds and managed to gain 10 back since Christmas. I came back to get back on track before I got back in the dinggy

"Diet" is the worst thing to call It. Life style changes have to be made. Even in the go! Here's my best on the go tip. After you grocery shop "prep" BEFORE you frig it. Chop the veggies cut the fruit. Zip lock portions of nuts ect. Then you are more likely To take it with you instead of swinging thru fast food.

That's Where I am now. I ran into issues limiting and healthy cooking. So I had to make a choice to give it up for a while.

It will come. I used mfp for about 8 weeks until my brain was knowledgeable and aware of what I was doing. Then I was good. Now I know everything I started doing wrong and came back for a reboot!

Let's face it. Of I didn't have food issues and need encouragement I wouldn't be here. I face up to having a issue right now. If I wasn't acknowledging I need to chance my habits. I would gain back 20 instead of my 10

Yuppers that's how I did it for 3 years. I just got out my routine and was just over doing it. So back to square one.

Quinevere96 that exactly what I am talking about! Know I am Not good at moderating my fav things at first. So they HAVE to go and be replaced for the first few weeks until I get in my healthy routine. I lost 55 pounds and kept it off for 3 years. We moved and out came endless candy (my fav ever) and our drinks with dinner.…

Your food intake needs to much your work out. Running needs higher carb intake. Lifting need higher protein intake. So you body has the right mount of what it needs to burn.

YES. Set small goals. One day at a time. I set goals of 1 pound or 5 pounds. Then end result was 55. But small goals seemed less overwhelming.
