I freezer cook/batch cook every weekend, but I'm going to ramp it up and clean out my entire stand up freezer.

31 weeks this week. I can't wait for this to be done. As a positive, it seems like my husband is also nesting - he cleaned the garage, and the pantry this week :)
-
I make a ton of soups, stews, chilis, curries, stuffed peppers, etc to freeze in portions and grab and go.

First one almost 80lbs. 31 weeks this week and under 15 so far.

We use nothing other than bananas in a high powered food processor. As it blends, it warms up enough to blend it smooth.

Ooh, that sounds delicious. I'm in the U.S. so I've never had it, but I want to try making it too

Just weigh the amount you dish out onto your plate and log that. No need to eat more because of the suggested serving size of anything.
-
I cook, portion, and freeze. Soup, stew, curry, chili, stir fry, stuffed peppers, and more. I also flash freeze burritos, meatballs, and any muffin tin recipes like meatloaf muffins or egg muffins.

A great example of weighing for accuracy is this "scoop." What you'd want to do is weigh that scoop - 14g would typically be 1/2 scoop as determined on the label, but read the brand you have.
-
At around 80 calories per serving, I fit it in almost everyday too!

Like many others, I cook,'portion and freeze.

That was my thought. If you are willing to have some carbs, there are some recipes for low carb hot chocolate, pudding, and even ice cream. Look up fat bombs too.

It depends on the amount of water it absorbs. That could change depending on how you like it soft or al dente, what kind of pasta, and even the shape. That's why you should weigh it dry and log that. It's accurate for the 85g dry. I almost always see 56g as a serving size.

I love this recipe too. I freeze it in individual peppers so I can bring them to work. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.slenderkitchen.com/recipe/cheesy-enchilada-turkey-stuffed-peppers/amp

It wouldn't be possible for the app to tell you what serving size is appropriate for your goals. You have to tell the app. For example, my husband, me and my daughter all have different serving sizes for the exact same dish.

My favorite. I love the king Oscar with jalapeños!

Best argument for day drinking ever.

Weigh all of your raw ingredients and put them in the recipe builder. Weigh your finished dish (subtract the weight of the actual pot/dish) and set that number as your 1g or 100g servings. That way when you weigh out your amount on your plate, you can log that number of servings easily.

I've weighed my food for 15 years, maybe more. I was a fat kid and once I lost the weight I didn't want to gain it back. I maintain, sometimes on the high or low spectrum of a 10lb range.

The easiest is a pita. Broil one side, turn over and top with your sauce, toppings and cheese, then broil until melted. It's not a traditional crust but surprisingly similar, particularly if you don't have much time.

https://www.budgetbytes.com/2016/03/sweet-chili-tofu-bowls/ No soy sauce, but you'd probably have to make your own sweet chili sauce. When I had to watch sodium I had to make my own condiments. Freelee is a crazy person, but this recipe is on point and easy http://rawtill4diet.com/freelees-sweet-chili-sauce-recipe-amazing/

I don't think I've closed my diary in almost two years.

Everything I have is things I portion and freeze on the weekends so I can have variety. I just pull out what I want to eat from the freezer. This week was/is: Monday: Unstuffed cabbage roll soup Tuesday: Jalapeno popper soup Wed: White chicken chili (zucchini swapped for beans) Thurs: Chicken a la criolla w/yellow…

Food scales are under $15. You don't want to have to ask for every single item of food you're eating :)
