I cook, portion, and freeze a ton of meals. That way I have variety and can eat something different everyday.

My personal favorite is African Peanut Stew and it freezes wonderfully alongside cooked rice or cauliflower rice for easy freezer meals. I also keep White Bean Soup in my freezer in portions.

Food scale and pre-log.

If I remember correctly to what I planned, it's oven baked crispy drumsticks, roasted butternut squash, steamed green beans, and yellow rice for the family.

Crustless quiche - heat and eat.

Make a dish, portion it into equal containers, label and freeze. Boom, you have your own prepped meals that you can eat. If you make a few every once in a while, you end up with a ton of choices.

Make your own condiments, broth, etc and use a salt sub or omit salt. Be careful with cheeses and processed foods. Otherwise, just cook your food with less salt.

I like them as fries http://inspiralized.com/spicy-spiralized-shoe-string-jicama-fries/ Or sliced thin they make an awesome mini taco shell

You can chew gum while cooking/cleaning their plates until its second nature to just toss it without tasting.

This. If it's too high set it as 100g servings.

I had to get down to a very low weight (a size 12 in children's) before my arms looked more muscular than just fat. It's the place where I hold weight, unfortunately. Weight training and lowering your body weight help.

I have used my spiralizer regularly for over 5 years, but before that I used a regular peeler. It takes longer and isn't as "pretty" but works fine.
-
Yep, this.

Budgetbytes has some awesome ones. Her tacos are great! LENTIL RECIPES This Lentil chicken Soup is really good too, and freezes well.

My go to is usually any brand (Aldi typically) of pea crisps

Serving size is surprisingly big

I'm 27 weeks and have been getting the same comments, @verykatie. I don't look pregnant in clothes unless they're super tight, which I don't wear anyway at work/around.

I cook, portion and freeze. Voila - freezer meals that I actually really like because I make what I want.

Leave the frozen bananas out for a few minutes before blending. I have a tiny food processor that works perfectly for one banana.

I'm struggling. I've gained about 15lbs at 27 weeks. First round I gained almost 80, so I'm doing much better. I still wanted a zero gain. Not happening.

Yep, I freeze it in ice cube trays. Usually one chopped pepper and some sauce per cube. I use at least one every time I make chili, and I LOVE that skinnytaste enchilada sauce above. I actually make the sauce and freeze it in small mason jars.

You should be double checking all entries. They are user entered. Once you have the correct entries, they'll show up in your recent foods list.

One of my favorites is neufchatel spread on with fresh cracked pepper and fresh basil and spinach. It's great dipped into tomato soup, which I freeze in portions.

Old Navy is the worst. I wore my size 4 jeans (they're my bigger jeans) until I was about 22 weeks pregnant, and I'm not small!

Chicken, broccoli, green beans
