Apps for good recipes?

I spent a few hours the other day looking on the Internet for the highest rated free app I look for versatility videos extensive recipe list easy and simple to follow instructions for newbie cook (like myself) basically I want a free app that could tell a 6 year old how to make something.

    Youtube is pretty good. But if you want to just look aroune, food network website has some really good ideas for food.
