  • Thanks for the comment! I’m 47 and I’m headed to being over weight. Unfortunately, over the past couple years Heath conditions have taken a toll on my body, so the Total Gym seems like the least impactful on my joints. I may just hop on it a few minutes a day moving around to get a light stretch to start!
  • I don’t seem to have issues with pork, but eating shellfish was the start of it! Processed food seem to be a really strong candidate for flare ups. I’ve been trying to drink more fresh juices, but some of vegetables and fruits seem to cause flare ups as well! So I’ve just been trying random things!

  • I’m starting pills for high cholesterol, but the last attempt at pills made my bones feel like they were being crushed. So I’m trying this app to keep track of everything in order to speak with the doctor about a healthier lifestyle. Thanks to everyone for the advice.
  • Thanks... it’s kind of hard for me to grasp how it’s so high. I’ve always thought I had a well balanced diet and at 6’4 220 lbs. I never really thought I was overweight. But, I guess the years add up and you really never notice until your, actually,told your setting yourself help for a heart attack!
