I'm in. Am 50 at the end of January so now till December is vital! 50lbs would be amazing. Concerned that I have been 'trying' for 4 months with only 10lbs lost. Have upped the exercise and need to trim back daily intake. I live in Leicester in the UK. Looking forward to the support and challenge!

Battled through yesterday and stayed under calorie goal. Attended slimming group last night for weigh in and group support. No social events this weekend unlike the last few. I'm in! Starting today. This feels like a great time period to achieve something significant weight loss wise and get into the habit of logging daily and honestly! Have a big family event Easter Sunday and want to look and feel great. Good luck everyone. Let's stick with this and see it through.

Good for you for putting the brakes on. I had a binge when I got home from work last night and my mindset immediately went to blowing the whole weekend. I'm about ready to go for a walk and keep on track today. Just got to keep going. It will all be worth it.

I'm in! Want to lose 50 in total so 10 is a nice first challenge. Have been logging and working out for weeks but am just maintaining not losing. Need to focus more and stop going over calorie target!

Hi there I'm aiming for 10000 steps a day. Just been on holiday and it was so easy but back at work it's really tough. Had a long walk yesterday and hit over 12000. Working on today's plan!
