Difficult week?

Hi team I feel I've worked hard this week to stay on track but struggled to keep under calorie goal every day and yesterday blew it big time for the first time in over a month! Have a party to attend over the weekend so was hoping to have lost weight before going. Need to ensure today is a good day as feeling it would be easy to let things slide! Still feel much better in clothes even though weight loss is slow. Anyone else struggling?

    You aren't struggling - you're just a human being experiencing very real human situations. Enjoy the party and write this week off. A couple of days isn't going to effect the process. Hang in there :)
