I tried something similar to this and honestly it's just too hard to stay on track. But congrats on your success! When I tried something like this there were too many times that I had to eat something when I had no shake or was out with clients. Way too expensive and my life is too unpredictable. I switched to taking…

The key to losing weight from what I have learned is to burn off more than you consume.

Congratulations on your path to better health. Don't look at it as a diet, look at it as improving your health, so you'll feel better.

Once in awhile, I'll do so. Then I get back up and exercise and eat far less.

Don't beat yourself up over this. Just try harder next time. We've all been there. Keep up the good work.

Remember, women tend to lose weight at a slower rate than men, and it depends on age as well. I've had those days galore, but I must remember to get out and work out. Try to have to at least a reward day of eating your favorite food, and then return to your routine. That way you don't feel this as a burden.

I feel the same way from time to time when I'm working out alone. It does take discipline. Have you thought about listening to music while you work-out? It keeps your mind off focus of being alone. It works for me.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. When it comes to working out, try walking during the mornings, and drink water.

Nice post. Option 2 is something I would pick, but just to be rich, even for a short time...oh, how many bills need to be paid. XD

Don't take it to heart, and channel your pain to do something constructive. I've been picked on the same way. You're among a community who cares about you.

My chins have faded away, but this gut on me has not. Congratulations on your road to becoming healthier.

That's a lot of running. I couldn't run that much, so congratulations!

Great progress here. Keep up the good work!

Oh, my goodness, this is fantastic. Great job!

Congratulations! Wow, you really lost a lot of weight here!

As others have mentioned, fats, oils, stuff high in protein. You can add protein powders. As far doing stuff at home, buy some dumbells and lift them fifteen minutes a day, and build from there.
-
You can just drink water to fill you up and curb your appetite. That's what I do.

MrM27 is right, though as others have mentioned eat stuff high in fats and calories. You can try healthy stuff that's somewhat high in calories (I guess that's a contradiction in a way =P) like breaded eggplant.

I remember when I first experienced what you're going through. You've eaten beef stew for lunch and still hungry, because your body is constantly consuming everything you're putting in. Have you just drank a lot of water? It fills you up and curbs any future appetite.

Just eat, but if I were, I would consume foods that are high in fats and protein. Meanwhile, you can lift weights as I have heard muscle is heavier than fat.
