Usually get the family value pack of meat at the local butcher shop, which costs less. Super market for everything else, I spend 30-70 a week depending on what I need.

Protein shake in the morning usually helps me out. Cottage cheese is also a good snack (if thats your thing).

usually even after dinner I still need to put in some cals, so i eat whenever.

I work for a home remodeling company, still lift weights 3x per week... not sure if there was a question... don't really log stuff done at work, but I do find I should be eating more since I started eating clean.

I use stevia and milk... I could never give up the greatness of a well tasting coffee.

I see no difference in how it's done now and how modern day corn came about.

Second greek yogurt and cottage cheese, protein shakes just leave out the carbs.
