Should I let mfp adjust my calories if i workout? Eating the 2000 hasn't been a problem, yesterday I only ate 1800 and then mfp didn't give me my 5 week aim! Some of you REALLY need to focus on other things. I needed help to fully understand, and your going to chew me out because I made a joke? If you paid attention I said I've been blonde my whole life! And think it's stupid, but I was in a joking mood. Calm down and move on!
