MFP and Fitbit - help!

Hi everyone!
I’ve used mfp and Fitbit on and off for a few years now.. both work great but it’s suddenly stopped syncing.
How do I re connect them?
I’ve tried logging out and re connecting, but mfp isn’t getting any info from Fitbit.
Anyone else having the same problem?

Have you tried removing the app and then re-installing? This seems to work for me...0

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.
If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.
Try turning off Bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink using only the web versions of both MFP and Fitbit.
If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new

I am having the same problem, I unlinked my fit bit, re-linked it. It shows my steps but not the calories burned0
