You need to be eating that dessert you've been skipping. It's very important to eat everything you are supposed to. The counselors told me not to worry about the total calories, as long as I'm following the plan. Good luck! :)

If you put your mouse cursor beside the beginning of the bbcode, click the LEFT mouse button and keep holding it down while you pull your mouse to the end of the bbcode, then lift your finger off the button. It should have put blue highlighting on all the code. Now, put your mouse cursor anywhere in the blue highlighted…

I have only worked up to 5200 steps most days. I will keep chugging away until I get there.

I had a planned "oh no you don't" moment on Easter. It was the Sam's coconut cake. And it was soooo worth it. Course I paid for it when the scale refused to move for a week. With the tools I've found at NS, it made it very easy to just jump back on plan. Have a great day all!

My doctor's visit had a similar overage. But it was later in the day and I had shoes and clothes that are heavier than my pajamas I usually have on to weigh. I told him I was gonna use mine to track my loss. He just giggled and said that would be fine. :)

Hope everyone had a great day. We have birds making nests over our front door, mud nests. ewwww So I've been trying various methods to get them to stop. I'm thinking they might be smarter than me. But I'm stubborn. I won't give up without a huge fight. lol

Tracking meals, exercise, weight here on MFP and using their phone app. I will update my orders at NS and log my weight loss on Numi.(still wanna get my bears) I made my Diary open to the public. I like the idea of checking each others' food to get ideas for meals and snacks.
