Got my 2 miles today. Didn't see a exercise for digging cactus! :open_mouth: Dug up some cactii(sp) on side of the road for Mom.

That's great! I too am starting from nothing. I use a pedometer and trying to increase my steps per day. Some days are much better than others. But at least we are moving!! :)

It takes about 2000 steps to make a mile. I pedaled a mile and walked 2 miles. Today was a good day. I don't get that much every day. :smile:

Maybe you could wait til the very end of the day...after you've logged all your food, then log the exercise. It won't matter about adding the calories back because you'll be done eating for the day.

I try to get at least 5000 steps in a day. I've made it over 6700 a couple times. Hoping to get 10,000 a day before too long. I also use a stationary bike pedals thingy. It sits in the floor, I sit in a chair and pedal pedal pedal. :)
