  • Challenge#2 I chose "Recovery day Routine" with Jessica and peanut from week 7 jamming to Jamaica! I have chosen this because I so enjoy this relaxation routine and have Incorporated this into my weekly routine!

  • Challenge 1 completd I chose to do the frostbite footrace from week 6. I chose this because I needed to get outside even in this cold weather to stop my cabin fever!!
  • Challenge 3 @MissionEnforcer I used some thyme on my roasted veggies ( potatoes,brocolli, cauliflower) was so good great flavors!!
  • Did the Jessica Smith video! It was so good definitely going into my favorites!
  • Challenge 3 I gave up chips/ popcorn this week! I usually have some in the evenings,but now realize it's just a bad habit because I really didn't miss them at all!!
  • Challenge 1 @MissionEnforcer I chose the 5km frostbite footrace I walked outside with my husband even though we are going through another cold snap here, we were both getting cabin fever , so bundled up and got outside!
  • Challenge 2 video done!! Challenge 3. I left chips/ popcorn behind. These were my guilty pleasure and reward in the evening! I now realize it was really something I don't miss when not having just bad habits!!
  • I finished the Jessica video today and it wasn't easy. Also walked the mall with my teenage daughter so counting those steps as well!

  • Feeling so much better today even made it a full day at work today!! Did a yoga video tonight with my daughter, felt really good. 1. Today I tried pomegranate! 2. About this experience- it was so good! Why haven't I had this before! Just ate it straight up as a snack! So good!!
  • Hi Smashers! It's been a bad week for me. Home in bed with a weird case of the flu that effects all the muscles in my body. Feel like I have a weighted blanket and so tired! Was able to get a walk on yesterday and have been messaging my feet everyday, feels so good! Hopefully this flu will leave me soon!
