Have you tried Intermittent Fasting? I'm a late night eater/snacker too....so I just save all my calories for night-time and go to bed full and happy. Meal timing is irrelevant .....it comes down to calories in and calories out.

What I would do is: Properly warm up on treadmill/elliptical (about 10 minutes) Do my warm up sets ( judge how my muscles are feeling) Start with the weights I left off doing. Judge how I feel during and after the first set. If I feel Like I can continue, I would. If not, drop the weight. It is all very subjective. One…

I found that regular mouth sized mason jars will fit on a regular blender. A pint is a perfect size for a smoothie or a shake.
