I feel your pain, we all have been there; however, you cannot let hopelessness get to you and send you into deeper issues or gain more weight. Positive attitude. I know it's super hard to break habits but like people have suggested: track everything and be honest about it, maybe lower your carb intake a bit, increase your…

It's tough but you have youth on your side. Somehow weight banishes when you are young. My advice, track everything... be honest about it. Cut back on sugar the number one killer of a diet and last try to move. Don't have a gym membership? Go walk at least half hour in a park, mall, etc. I do you tube videos, 20 minutes of…

I just added you I think, there was a few Lisa's but only one that joined in 2017.

I think all of us can get a little obsessive about the gym, particularly if you enjoy going to the gym. I actually like it, and like you I can be obsessive about it however I also know it's smart to allow your body to rest and recover otherwise you and your body will get burnt. I try to go to the gym 4days a week. About a…

I think that happens to a lot of people. Happens to me as well. I think maybe move your feet a bit back so it doesn't hit the front of the pedal.

Hi- you look super awesome. Question for you, I am at the point where you have the pic with just the cardio in capris. How did you manage with lose skin? Did you have any? I find my tummy, legs and arms an issue. Also are you taking any protein powders? What do you use?

I want to lose 5 lbs this month and get closer to 150! I haven't seen that in at least 4yrs.

Wow you look awesome. You should be very proud!

I am exactly like you! Even the half and that counts. The last couple of weeks I managed to nudge it down to 159 by reducing plate sizes but it has been hard. The lowest I remember seeing is 140 and that is what I aspire to. Unfortunately my weigh is seen in my legs (ugh) and stomach. I just added you! Let's hope 2017…

@ekahnicole How many calories do you eat? I have been struggling. I exercise at least 3x a week and track everything. I have been playing with number of calories but the scale just won't move for months... it's 169-171 no matter what. Medically there isn't anything going on to prevent losing. By the way you look awesome,…

I think you may be eating too little for the amount of exercise you do. If you are exercising so much your body may be reacting to not having so much food. If you don't know for sure the calories you burn while exercising I would suggest getting a heart rate monitor. Also I would adjust my calories eaten so that they…

Congrats! My brother is in medical school and keeps telling me that research shows most of us, if not all, should be in diets that are no more than 1000 calories of wholesome nutrients and your body will get all it needs to be healthy. It's ok that you are at 1000 calories, just make sure it's veggies/fruits/grains/healthy…

There is a danger with the scale.... Your body fluctuates daily. Your measurements are a better way to know where you truly are. Don't weigh yourself too often or you would go crazy. Also, yes you are not lifting weights but by doing what you said you are doing you are still exercising your muscles so you are bound to tone…

Don't feel guilty or get these negative feelings because this is how you push yourself to dark places. You had some treats, tomorrow you will have some chicken and rice. That is ok. You know you indulged a bit some the next few days you are going to be diligent and keep under your calorie goal and you will move a bit more.…

Hi - good luck in your journey. Logging can be difficult but you get used to it and makes you accountable. Regarding the meds, try to get in more exercise - also difficult - but once you get used to eat it keeps your mind occupied, focused, andost of all full of happy hormones. Good luck!
