I saw Pokemon and I was like, I'm in.

Yup Pokemon is the best. Boredom is definitely a trigger for me but the biggest is stress. I need to hookup my Wii and do that too. Might even get some Fitbit steps in.

Working towards that the month. By August 1 I should be there.

I am back. Gone for about a year when I tore my meniscus. Since then I have been trying to get motivated to do this again. Join a weight management program mainly to work on my mind. So far it's working out good. I am giving up trying to run and now walking more. Not much killer workouts. Just walking catching Pokemon and…

I am not consistent in doing it as planned (M,W,F), my schedule is all over the place. I do however make up the run and then some, however I can. This might be a bad thing but its working for me. I…

I found the treadmill easier but prefer to do track or street to get use to running on the street as in a real 5k. Personally the treadmill, I think, gives me a false sense ease while I go through the program. Thats just my personal opinion. Do what feels good for you, just as long as you are doing it.

[quote Thanks! I did it, and well under my goal time too! My goal was to finish in 2 1/2 hours or less... I finished in 2:23:12! It was hard, but never once did I feel like I couldn't do it, whereas if you had asked me before C25K, I couldn't run down the block! Stay disciplined and don't get discouraged and you can do…
