two yrs ago I lost 108 lbs and kept it off ! and how i did it was every time i platode i would change my diet and exersized everyday around 2 hrs aday ! i dieted between weight watchers , low carbing! , and counting calories ! and it worked for me it took me about two yrs but i got there! hope this helps!

eat air pop corn and if you eat it with out salt its even better and drink a tall glass of waater ith it it will fill you up!

depending on how high the burn is , for example 1100 I wouldn't eat all of those calories back but i would eat at least 1/2 back because with that kind of exersize you need to eat more than 1200 or your bodies going to think it is in starvation mode so eat 1/2 to 3/4 back but I would not eat more than 1800 though ;this is…

what your better doing is 45min to 1.hr of cardio and the days you do weight it should be every other day ..on weight days do 45 min of cadio and then 30 min to an hr of weights but beware so you don't get discouraged you will gain weight in the beginning of weight training because you gaining muscle and not fat but…

on the days i dont exersize i use my cleaning or gardening as my exersize I have a heart monator that i put on and it tracks how many cals i burn and the time and it works I not say you should 'nt exersize but its a good suppalment !:devil:

yes you are righttrack,. it took me 26 yrs to get it right!for me it was track my food ,try to get more healthy and fiber foods in my diet! also since my appitite is not small find ways to get more food for my money for example theres a pasta named pasta zero and its fabulous you can eat it that way or add it to reg pasta…

hi there ! I can really hear where your at ! its tough when you get stuck at home , when my husband works all night i go out and visit friends other wise I would eat to! but if you want I would like to support you!

try eating a big bowl of air popped popcorn if you want spray it with pam and thensalt and a lg glass of water I garenty you wont be hungry at midnight and even if you go over you wont gain weight from it !:flowerforyou:

the calories that mfp puts you at is the calories you can have even if you dont exersize so if you exersize its like a bonus you can eat them if you want but you dont have to or you can just eat part of them ! and also this is a another tip when you do something like gardening or housework or moving your body for at least…

breakfast is the most important meal of the day even if its a south beach bar its fast and your body will act out with more energy than running on caffine!:grumble:

I weigh in every day but the main one that counts is on tuesday at tops! the rest of the week is to help me stay on track ... I cheat tue an sat or sun ,..then the next day get right back on track!
