Good luck hope it's going well. I'm doing 5:2 as of this week...on my second afternoon currently. Not doing the 500 cal thing just coffee tea and vitamins. Hoping it works well in pushing me to my next goal as I plateau easily.

Thanks. I'm doing walks when it's not raining outside, but that's been few and far between lately. Can't wait to get back into a hiit routine and melt some fat cells!

I liked Syntha6 when I used to do protein shakes but it's a little more carb heavy than pure whey protein shakes so I used it pre lifting.

I've broken out, too! It's clearing up, though. Not sure why but it happened over here...no pms, no new babies born or in the works, no working out with makeup on, no cheap sunscreen, nada. Good news is, it should stop according to my face lol.

Lipton Natural Energy tea with splenda (splenda is my one vice!) Whole wheat double fiber english muffin with one medium egg and one medium egg-white. Topped with either 1/4 avocado and hot sauce or 1 Tbsp of Vegenaise instead of avocado. Or, I heat up a Morningstar Vegan Breakfast Sandwich. Or, two hard boiled eggs.

I have the Fitbit One...just got it yesterday and I'm loving it so far. I don't run so the HR stuff (from what I've read amongst users) wouldn't be too accurate. I will definitely try this! I've already been attempting to figure out what my fat level should be. I'm pescatarian so it's not always easy for me to get fat into my 1200 calories a day without really planning out the day.

The only time I was ever happy with my body was when I was dying from anorexia. Every once in a while I could see my spine and rib cage and realized that wasn't right, but only for a split second. :/ I was (am?) legit looney about my body image.

You're obviously vitamin deficient. Not good for you. Cute baby needs a healthy mommy! You have got to get some produce (fruits, veggies) into your diet. And protein. Lean meats or legumes or soy or something other than the simple carb garbage your entire diet is currently consisting of. If you love those foods, it's okay…
