Hello everyone. My name is Dan and I’ve been using MyFitnessPal regularly since January 2017. By using MFP and doing a lot of walking I have lost 70 lbs. I am not embarking on phase 2 of my plan. Intermittent Fasting. I tried the 16:8 plan for a couple weeks but by was just too much for me to keep up with. Too hard to negotiate my eating into just 8 hrs a day. So I decided to give the 5:2 plan a whirl. Today is my first fast day.

Hope to be active on his community and meet some cool people.

    Good luck hope it's going well. I'm doing 5:2 as of this week...on my second afternoon currently. Not doing the 500 cal thing just coffee tea and vitamins. Hoping it works well in pushing me to my next goal as I plateau easily.
