Lol it wasn't rectangular. It was round. But cut "party style" into waaaay more than twelve slices, although their site claimed there were 12 slices. If anyone is familiar with Larosa's - that was the place.

But I'm a little confused. At the end of the week should we have a deficit in order to lose at all - or just being within the weekly allotment will make you lose? Maybe having a higher deficit allows you to lose more and being right at the allotted calories you only likely lose what's projected? Sorry but I'm still really…

Ok good - I was worried that I was doing something harmful to my body. I weighed in on Sunday and apparently "lost" five more pounds (water weight??) through today. That's like a pound a day. In MFP I am set to sedentary, even though I don't know if that's true or not. I teach kindergarten and within the walls of my classroom I'm pretty busy. I just don't think my activity warrants much.
