80 as of today. 16 lbs down.

Good or bad keep logging. Tomorrow is day 60. Mostly good.

This is my 50th day of logging all my food. I have lost 12 lbs. I just reset my goal from losing .5 lbs a week to one lb. I also walked one mile today first time. Have been doing 1-3 shorter walks a day.
