  • Outside of America, it's probably more realistic. The average weight of a woman where I live in probably about 100lbs (44 kilos), for men it's slightly higher. I'm skinny in the wrong areas.   • I too use eas, but not the same one. I use the soy based one. Mine has more calories, but each scoop apparently has 20g of protein. I also mix mine with unsweetened cashew milk as it's only 25 cals. Haha. Just had some right now.
