Calories ended up being very low yesterday, as I had planned my calories for the day with evening snacks and a cocktail that I didn't end up having. The next 2 days are tricky, I'll be eating out Tuesday & Wednesday - but I feel in a good place to make the right choices to not derail my weight loss. Will make both days OMAD, so the fasting should help. Today is a yoga day, which my aching muscles are so happy about!

Diet- Limit alcohol, lower sugars and carbs, drink more water. Supplement hunger or cravings with nuts and dried fruits. Follow overeaten meals with fasting. Intermittent fasting with small portions.
Exercise- Lift more especially ab, arm, and leg workouts to gain muscle definition.

6/21: 133lbs- Barely any physical activity today. Too much work and too much wedding planning prevented me from getting much physical activity. Hoping I can get outside and do some yard work which is more physically intensive and keeps me fit. Wanted to avoid too much carbs/grains for breakfast, but my amazing man made a nice delicious oatmeal with chia. Planning to be more keto for dinner.
