ROUND 112 FOR ME.
Day/Weight/Comment
06/20 …..200.2….. ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND
06/21 …..199.0 ….. Happy tears here. Onederland! Truthfully, I won’t feel confident in Onederland until I am at 197 point anything (because gaining 2 pounds overnight is very easy for me). Grateful, thankful and staying mindful again today. I am not going to drop this ball!
06/22 …..198.8 ….. I am still on cloud 9 today. Thanks everyone for dancing with me yesterday. I kept the eating clean and the movement/activity steady. I rewarded myself with a couple of good classic rock songs to dance to.
@deepwoodslady
Two days in a row in onederland! There's no better motivation than seeing progress, AND this IS fantastic progress - congratulations!
Re your comment "I rewarded myself with a couple of good classic rock songs to dance to." I too listen and dance to classic rock - and on top of being fun, it burns calories! I go down the youtube rabbit hole quite often listening and dancing to old concerts. I linked a video below that I came back across this morning if you haven't ever seen it. It is so cool!! And the song is definitely classic rock for sure and a little before our time since the song is from the 60's. The first link below is from Playing for Change - just wonderful!! They have lots of videos on youtube but I think The Weight is my favorite even though it's really hard to say because they all are great. I haven't ever listened to The Band much other than being familiar with The Weight, Up on Cripple Creek, etc., but I watched The Last Waltz (their last concert from 1976) recently when it popped up on one of the streaming channels and I am enthralled with them at the moment. Anyway, I thought you might like it too if you haven't seen it before.
Playing for Change - so cool that Robbie Robertson is playing in it since he wrote The Weight.

Here's the original from Woodstock (I told you it's definitely a classic LOL but love watching it too!)

Sorry for edit but meant to add the Playing for Change link. Their website says:
Playing For Change is a movement created to inspire and connect the world through music, born from the shared belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. Our primary focus is to record and film musicians performing in their natural environments and combine their talents and cultural power in innovative videos we call Songs Around The World.

@fmfdfa2020 Thanks so much for sharing the videos. I used to watching Playing for Change a long time ago. I loved Stand By Me. The Weight is every bit as wonderful and the messages are needed now more than ever! I will be watching them all over and over.7 -

@SheilaBoneham I know in the past you have mentioned your TDEE and base your caloric needs on that. My TDEE is over 1500 but I’ve just looked back at my log in Senza and I am averaging slightly over 1200. It does also say I should be between 105 (I can’t imagine) and 120 which is where I have set my goal on Senza. I find that whole TDEE calculator to be wonkie. Not being critical just stating my experience and I KNOW you are much more physically active than I am.1

Day/Weight/Comment
6/21: 171.9 (down .3 lbs from yesterday)
Calories ended up being very low yesterday, as I had planned my calories for the day with evening snacks and a cocktail that I didn't end up having. The next 2 days are tricky, I'll be eating out Tuesday & Wednesday - but I feel in a good place to make the right choices to not derail my weight loss. Will make both days OMAD, so the fasting should help. Today is a yoga day, which my aching muscles are so happy about!
6/22: 171.9
No change from yesterday, but no worries there. I have a challenging tabata workout today, which should really up my calorie burn. Our dinner plans of eating out (food festival) tonight are up in the air now and might be canceled (not up to me), which makes planning today difficult. If eating out, was going to be OMAD, so guess I need to keep to that just in case. So calories may be on the higher end today (if we go) or on the lower end (if we don't go).
6/23" 171.9
I think I need to change batteries in my scale...when I 1st got on it this morning it showed a 3.5 lb loss, which seemed excessive, so tried again & I got the same weight as yesterday. So that's what I'm logging, doing all the right things, a loss will show up hopefully sooner than later! Already got in my upper body workout for today and about to go have lunch out in restaurant with a friend - only the 3rd time I've been in a restaurant in over a year and the 1st time with someone other than my husband since quarantine started. Yay for vaccines!

6/22 210 Back from camping, hiking & exploring. Sad to say I'm up 3 lbs from the end of our last challenge. Back to it now that I've got access to my own kitchen! Although I left my trusty food scale back at my friend's RV. She'll bring it when she comes back to town this Friday. I may have to get another one, as it seems measuring and weighing my food really helps me stay accountable and figure out portions. Depending on that by sight....I'm not so sure!

6/21 – 204.8 – 10,365 steps yesterday, 20 minutes swimming. ACK! It’s has been hard for me to make time to track with travel and other scheduling challenges in the last couple of months… and it shows! Yikes. Need to get back to focusing on what I eat. I haven’t had the willpower for a 24-hour fast for quite some time now, and will try today for a little re-set.
6/22 – 202.8 – 10,684 steps yesterday. I yet again wasn’t able to fast the full day, but I did okay. Got to get the binge eating under control. I think I must have been retaining water yesterday. It’s been so long since I weighed myself regularly that I’m not really sure what my average current weight is. I think it’s around 200. Hoping to go for a swim today.

Hello, everyone, I'm brand new to MFP. Saw your challenge and decided to jump in and get to know you. I'll be doing a Biggest Loser Challenge here later this summer that is coming over from Spark People that is closing. This format is a little different, so be patient with me. A little about me: I'm a retired AF wife, Mom to 2, and Grammy to 3 wonderful grandbabes. I love to crochet and especially to do beading, like bookmarks and tapestries. I have been following Bright Line Eating for almost a year and lost 30 lbs. I'd love to make new friends, so give me a shout out.

@quiltingjaine Yes, calculators can be off. I’ve charted my weekly calorie averages and weights for well over a year to find that 1500 seems to be a breaking point for me to lose. And I actually just added in my last couple of weeks and do see a drop. It’s just hard day to day! I need to be a bit more patient now that I’m eating lower more dependably. I don’t want to go too low again.5 -

Previous days6/23 115.8 Had a good day yesterday so this is just normal hormonal water retention. Started the day with a 5k run, got a 2 mile walk in after lunch and did my strength training routine after work. I also washed the sink full of dishes after work and now I’m waiting for my kibbeh to heat up in the oven and I’m going to have a cucumber yogurt salad with them for dinner. My husband is out getting himself Chinese food takeout for dinner, glad I was able to resist it and stick with some healthier options for myself. Vacation is next week and I’m sure some questionable food decisions will be made… but hopefully not too many!
6/21 115 Did not post
6/22 115.2 Creeping into the next stage of my cycle where water retention happens. Food has been good the past two days, so I’m happy about that. I feel good and I’m starting to notice small changes in my body since starting the strength routine a few weeks ago.

I'm in! Thank you, @quiltingjaine !
71 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~ Round 154 (round 86 for me ) I continue to prove time after time that I need this to help me keep on track! Thank you @QuiltingJaine for setting up the new challenge.
Challenge for this round is again to work back towards maintanence – any loss will be a win! A full 10 days before our next week away in the caravan, want to make it count ! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.
Keep calm – we're all in this together! Wash hands, be kind, continue to follow all latest Government guidelines in roadmap to normality for C-19 virus. Be positive for thefuture – I've both of my vaccines.Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

Day/Weight/Comment
6/21 134.4 – 8.48 miles walked yesterday, a really good food day which reflects in the number on the scales, a good start to the round. UK was supposed to have all covid restrictions lifted today, but due to increased spread of Delta variant it has been delayed by 4 weeks, as long as we don't go backwards!
6/22 135.2 – not such a good day yesterday, DDIL taken ill and I dropped everything to drive up to take care of 2 year old DGD; we had a whale of a time at their local city farm & playground & had lunch out, but no structured walking & again scale reflects! (DDIL fine now).
6/23 137.2 ughh needless to say I had a BAD day yesterday, but did walk 11.7 miles, I need to be consistant!
6/24 135.2 – 10.52 miles walked yesterday & as scale shows a good food day, need to keep consistant today!
