6/21 - 148.8 - Wow, thought I'd be in the 150s again after this weekend. Super happy with this. Back to work so back to regularly scheduled life again. Water beside me full and ready for the rehydration process. Workout clothes on to knock out a workout. I'm still groggy and worn out so it'll probably be light as to not stress my body out. Dinner was late and I didn't check time when we finished. Will restart fasting after today when I end my feeding window for the night. Will fast today so long as I feel comfortable, though. Getting back on track and feeling tired but renewed to keep on this journey I've put myself on. PS - Even though I haven't been in the ocean since Saturday, I can still feel the waves if I sit really still. It's fantastic feeling

6/21: 181.5 (-1.5) Wow, great beginning. Hope everybody else has an equally pleasant surprise on this first full day of summer (in the Northern Hemisphere, anyway). Long hot walk (dog-free) yesterday. At least I have no problem getting down 8-10 cups of water these days! There are so many flowers this year. Found more blackberries and raspberries but not many bees so I don't know how many of the flowers will get pollinated. Mares have long since retreated back into the cool bug-free barn to stuff down a little more breakfast and then snooze away this blue-skied sunny day. The chickens are still out and about, but after a while they too will retreat someplace cool and shady, with one of the roosters standing guard and the rest sprawled out asleep, as if flung there.

It’s has been hard for me to make time to track with travel and other scheduling challenges in the last couple of months… and it shows! Yikes. Need to get back to focusing on what I eat. Calories ended up being very low yesterday, as I had planned my calories for the day with evening snacks and a cocktail that I didn't end up having. The next 2 days are tricky, I'll be eating out Tuesday & Wednesday - but I feel in a good place to make the right choices to not derail my weight loss. Will make both days OMAD, so the fasting should help. Today is a yoga day, which my aching muscles are so happy about!

30With the help of the folks in this group, I lost a total of 73-75 lbs 2016-2018. By changing gazillions of habits, and keeping my health as my first priority, I’ve kept it off! I want to keep it that way!!9 -

Goal Weight = 110 lbs.
Total Pounds Lost = 7 lbs.
Pounds To Goal Weight = 20 lbs.
Round 154 Goals:
Diet- Limit alcohol, lower sugars and carbs, drink more water. Supplement hunger or cravings with nuts and dried fruits. Follow overeaten meals with fasting. Intermittent fasting with small portions.
Exercise- Lift more especially ab, arm, and leg workouts to gain muscle definition.
Current : 133 lbs.

6/21: 133lbs- Barely any physical activity today. Too much work and too much wedding planning prevented me from getting much physical activity. Hoping I can get outside and do some yard work which is more physically intensive and keeps me fit. Wanted to avoid too much carbs/grains for breakfast, but my amazing man made a nice delicious oatmeal with chia. Planning to be more keto for dinner.
