Sunday is a work day for me in the Abu Dhabi. We had inspectors in the school building today, so I basically kept moving all day long and taught my butt off! I think that counts :smile:

Thanks for the reminder about water...I did it by taking a big bottle with me to the hair salon and drinking it during 'wait' times...

Did a run/walk with friends, so 25 extra minutes - done!

My goal was sitting less during breaks at work and adding yoga stretches throughout the day. I am enjoying the challenges and it's going well. There are lots of very short yoga videos online, and I leave my yoga mat right by the sofa - so no excuses really. I'm going to get on the mat right now :)

I did basic picking up and some tidying away - which was nice because Thursday is the end of my work week, so stuff was tidied up for the weekend. I did a little yoga shoulder stretching too. Thanks for sharing your artwork and Granma pic :)

I will sit less during my breaks at work. I started today - Once I've eaten I will get up and do something instead of sitting and chatting.

The de-cluttering suggestion will work this month since I'm moving soon. I can GOMA, de-clutter the spare room and get packing.

I did it! I downloaded the Wanderlust 28-day online challenge for May to keep me motivated, so I did the walking challenge. Happy to be moving more!
