Just a quick update. 2 things EVERYTHING is weighed on the food scale as I said. Right down to my 30grams of cereal, 32 grams of PB ect. My apple is that specific verity and may actually weigh 110 grams but the closest I can get is 115 on MFP so I err on the side of caution use the higher calorie. The scale at work is…

I don't typically eat my exercise calories back. I worry about accuracy even though I have a Fitbit Charge HR. Maybe I should plan to eat a couple hundred back?

Try Fitness Blender total body barre workout on YouTube. I do this one 3-4 times a week for whole body tone. Doing wonders for my core strength.

I do Zumba 60 min 6 days a week on my Wii have lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks so far.

I am on my second Implanon and am due to have it removed in June. This has been an excellent birth control for my husband and I so I do plan on getting a Nexplanon put in. 600 seems low for a full hour of Zumba. As the Wii controller tracks my movement with not 100% accuracy (pretty sure I work harder) and gives me stars in each dong based on my movement I am sure the 900 is at least pretty accurate. Really I guess this was more of an observation as I am losing so I must be doing ok.
