Hi Lorna, I used to have vertigo, but managed to sort it out through indoor climbing and other activities. Recently climbed the Aonoch Eagach Ridge, and the Culllins on Skye which have scary exposure and could never have done a few years back.

Hi, I'm a dad of 3 kids (boys 4, 7 and 9 yrs ) before having kids it was easy to go to gym in the evenings, etc. I now look at the kids as an opportunity to help me be healthy, for example, Monday evenings i try to take the oldest 2 indoor climbing. Hi, I'm Allan from Dunbartonshire. Good to see other Scottish folk in here. Good luck on your 2 stone.
