  • Thanks everyone :smile: I hadnt logged in since i wrote this and its good to see others have quit succesfully! Im finding the hardest part is when im at work and all i want to do is eat if i cant smoke! However i have also accepted if i put on a little but whilst quitting, its much healthier than staying a smoker
  • Thanks all :smiley: I think im going to set some new goals and remind myself how much ive acheived! I used to cry at the thought of doing any exercise and now i do alot if HIIT so its not all bad! Positive thinking :blush:
  • This morning i put on my gym clothes i bought for my first ever trip to the gym - they were huge! This made me feel proud of myself :)
  • When i put weight on so fast i got stretch marks like i was pregnant! :'(
  • My pre/post workout foods depends on what times im training and what im doing. Today my class isnt until 7pm so at 4.30 im having a maxi nutrition protein bar, then after i will have chicken with green veggies. For morning classes i tend not to eat before as its too early and then i would have a protein shake/bar straight…
  • I have recently been taking protein shakes/bars because i was never hitting my calorie goals. I work out 4/5 days a week at a very high intensity and wasnt getting anywhere apart from very fatigued. Since using protein i am seen results in my perfermonce, am able to workout much harder and am noticing changes in my body.
  • I quite often eat chicken breast stuffed with cottage cheese served with veg/sweet potato
  • I hate the thought of doing burpees, but love the feeling afterwards and they work so well! Also hate lunges so dont put them in my workout
