I do kettleworx, for what it's worth. It's all about flinging a relatively light (15lb) bell around whilst doing cardio, so it's fun and works up a sweat. Once I know I'm not going to have a heart attack I'll up the weight and see how it goes. Oooh!

I used to see her around on some of the message boards years ago, at least that was her stance back then. Then again it was also a common angle for a lot of the models and aspiring models (the higher you go, the more of a niche for your site).

Kind of, a lot of them involve posting images as a confidence thing, general chat, dating, some are a bit more, erm, direct... Trying to go from 220-odd to sub-200, if only so I've got *one* thing in my life not to be totally ashamed about, after that I don't know. Part of me wants to be back at 150 where I was fastest, but that was nearly 10 years ago and the weight loss was after serious illness, so it's probably out of reach.
