What exactly are you wanting tips and suggestions on?

Find a proven, reputable workout routine that fits your goals, plug the lifts into YouTube and get familiar with how to perform those lifts, then head to the gym. Ask questions if you need to when you get there. It's okay to be intimidated, but don't let it paralyze you.

It's not a very popular opinion, but some back rounding is okay. Depending on whether it's thoracic or lumbar rounding, you may very well be fine. I think a lot of help can be given with a video.

I wouldn't call it a stall if you've only been at it for 4 weeks. Stay consistent. Keep working.

I'm just trying to get used to staying still after a lift instead of racking immediately. My workouts are auto-regulated. I was supposed to work up to a single at an RPE 8 (leaving two reps in the tank). I'm glad that 515lbs is at an RPE 8 though. I know you didn't technically ask, but "training chest" isn't always the best way to build your bench press. Triceps and a big back will add a lot to your bench as well. Before you start the gym, be sure the choke is on and you prime the bulb at least 3-5 times. srsly tho: just go in, be respectful of other patrons, ask questions if you have any, don't talk to anybody with headphones, and get your exercise in!!
