I make sure i eat dairy, grains, fruits and veggies moderately and make sure i work out 2-3 times per week (at least). If i eat sweets or anything bad, i try to remain under my daily calorie count and plan to work it off.

I started an herb garden last year and tried to grow tomatoes (didn't work out too well). But my basil, cilantro and rosemary grew perfectly. I never thought to use containers, I will definitely try this year.

I'm slightly curvy and want to keep it too as I lose weight. A couple of years ago I dropped about thirty pounds and spent way too much time doing cardio and lost my butt.
