Pan fry fish in general works with one that does not flake easy, much better option would be to grill

I use mine a fair bit Using Quorn mince make chilli con carne, bolognaise sauce, lasagne, cottage pie base Using Quorn strips curries, casseroles and stews Also use with meat but ghost are my main low cal dishes for mid week meals

I have been having a cheat day regularly Once a week over a weekend I do not count calories it really helped me to get a grip with calorie counting, I read a good chapter in the 4 hour body book that goes into having a cheat day weekly and a pre set things to do before it and during, this really helps.

Yes import recipe is a choice all you need is the web link address type that in and let app do,it magic, sometimes it does not work though if a lot,text other than recipe on the page

100ml water would be more than enough, plus you would need to add other items to get consistency right like egg, egg white, coconut milk etc, you are looking for a batter consistency, also try using protein powder instead of coconut flour

Use natural yoghurt fat free as a base and then add flVours to that like balsamic vinegar , white or red wine vinegars, mustards, lime or lemon juice, fresh herbs , cucumber , spring onion

Hi Everything 3-4 days will last longer but in trade these would be dates used except following Cooked rice 1-2 day better to cook and freeze this, microwave from frozen Peppers and mushrooms also ok from frozen
