I am on Week 2 of Phase 1. I am Starting to see results, although I was doing a Strength Program before I had started this, and I am not a newbie. Since I am trying to loose Fat and not just build muscle. It's been s very slow process, but I can clearly see my body changes (decomposition).

I have not Started the Workouts yet since I am finishing up the "New Rules Of Lifting For Women" Stage One Workouts. Fortunately, I don't think I will be moving on to Stage 2 although I believe I have gained a lot more Strength. I really like Michael Matthews book, and his training Logs. I will be Startng them Very soon.

Although I have always enjoyed lifting weights, I recently started a strength training program as well, and I am feeling ridiculously empowered as well. I love the results and everything else that has been coming along with it. Are you doing any program in particular?

I read New Rules For Women Lifting last Month, and I am about a month into the Program ( Week 4). A lot of these programs are very similar or overlap one another.

Thank You for your input. I purchased it at Xmas, and it is still in the box. I have a Polar, and I have been extremely happy with it, but I really never tried anything else. I am huge Fan of Apple. Look super sharp on the wrist. Again, Thanks for the input. Appreciated.

It's the slowest process ever; I feel sometimes that I am on a one way road going no Where. I am definitely not at a place where I can just bulk. I have to cut. My biggest problem is the scar tissue in mid section from C- Section.

Hello! I normally go to the YMCA and take some kind of class. Today, I tried something new. I exercised from home which is not new. However, I tried a new Workout from Fitness Blender. It was a 17 Minute HIT Cardio Workout. In addition to that, I did a Les Mills Body Pump which I normally take at the Gym.

Hello!! I purchased a Polar FT4 Watch which came with a heart rate Monitor (heart rate sensor). It allows me to calculate exactly how many calories are burnt while I am training etc. I amongst many others have found it to be very accurate and consistent.
