I've found that I'm well motivated this week as I know I put way to much away it being a bank holiday ..... This weekend won't be half as bad.... Plus when I did work out really hard all them moons ago a weekend off really helped re charge ..... I just need to work out hard now !!! :wink:

I know it's difficult..... Lack of a beer at night does me in.... With crisps and stuff I've found just have a small amount instead of the packet works, don't sit with the packet in front of you, take a couple and put them away. Anything in moderation is fine, I now make 1 beer last the night instead of a 4 pack lasting 2…

5 at the moment, I've been an 11 for a few months last year and it's not good , for me anyhow ..... I'll go to say 8 in a few weeks and enjoy an odd splurge .... Consistency is everything even at a lower level
